Shipping policy

Heel & Humour products are made to order. Production generally takes 2–7 business days before dispatch, although production may take longer during busy periods, stock shortages or quality-control reprints.

Shipping costs and available delivery estimates are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and products ordered. Australian shipping rates currently begin at approximately A$8.39, but the checkout rate is authoritative.

Tracking details will be emailed when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays caused by carriers, peak periods, customs or incorrect customer addresses may occur.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@heelandhumour.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipment has begun.
